Benefits of an ISI Forum:

To be encouraged to build your organization on the principles of God’s Word
To be challenged to grow in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and serve other men
To become better leaders and stewards of our families, our marriages, and our organization
To learn “best business” practices from each other and appropriate outside resources
To gain fresh thinking, new perspectives, and to provide a platform for implementation
To gain accountability, seasoned advice, the plain truth, and wisdom to take action
To enhance your decision making, test assumptions, uncover and validate opportunities
To develop relationships and to receive Godly counsel from others who also desire to lead their organization for Christ
To become committed servant leaders, first and foremost

ISI Member Commitment:

Agree to commit to a 12 months membership, meeting for seven hours one day a month
Agree to attend a minimum of 9 sessions during the 12 months membership
Agree to strict confidentiality regarding all ISI conversations
Agree to arrive at each monthly forum on time and stay until the conclusion (7:30 – 2:30)
Agree to pay the full monthly ISI membership fee even if you miss a session. This is to guarantee your place in the Forum as part of your paid membership
Agree to pay your monthly invoice via credit card.
Agree to prepare for the monthly sessions as requested from the ISI Chairman
Agree to seek alliance, community, develop trust, and accountability within ISI
Agree to be a willing prayer warrior for members of your ISI Forum

ISI Commitment:

To provide monthly personal and professional growth opportunities for all members
To provide monthly personal coaching, mentoring, and accountability sessions with each member as mutually scheduled
To consistently integrate God’s Word, prayer, and spiritual accountability in all we do
To provide meaningful and relevant spiritual content each month to maximize our time
To strive to build relationships by being relational in the way we spend our time together
To strive to develop the whole man; his relationship with God, his family, his marriage, and his organization
To provide a pleasant and relaxing meeting environment and location each month
To provide breakfast and lunch for all members who attend each month

Acceptance as an ISI Member:

Once you accept your invitation to become an ISI member, you will be asked to review, agree and sign the following ISI Membership Application and return it your Chairman.
