Michael Wilkes, an ISI member and the founder of Dynamic Answers , has over 30 years of experience in technology. He began his career in the Navy, and was honorably discharged in 1978. In 1984, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, where he graduated magna cum laude.
