A Christian Business Leaders Forum

The organization leader (chief executives, business owners, and company presidents) operate primarily alone at the top of their organization. They tend to function in a vacuum with minimal outlets to deal with the many challenging and demanding personal and business issues. A Christian leader needs to work faithfully to not just bring glory to God through his business, but to also demonstrate his leadership as a steward of his family and his marriage.

What is ISI?

ISI is a member-based peer group of qualified Christian organization leaders. In essence, it encompasses those company leaders who run businesses and who would benefit from the knowledge, counsel, and expertise of other leaders who are like-minded both spiritually and corporately. We believe there is a remnant of businesspeople throughout the world today who understand that their birthright in the marketplace is to reflect Christ fully in and through their work. It is reflected by a commitment to use their resources and skills to provide an organization of excellence with the overall motive to affect people for Jesus Christ.

ISI will tackle the real business issues that affect every leader's growth; balancing their work, family, and marriage, personnel management, planning, ethics, finance, sales and marketing, training—just to name a few. ISI will address the spiritual challenges of  “walking -the- walk” in business and how leaders can use their businesses as a platform to reach people for Christ and to build God's Kingdom.

ISI is not a networking group. This is not to say that some new business opportunities may occur as the member relationships develop and trust is earned. However, if your motivation is to exploit the group for your own purposes or agenda, this is not the business forum for you.
